About Our Piano Lessons
At Maple Music Studios, our piano lessons focus on developing a strong artistic foundation for lifelong musical engagement. We offer piano lessons at both our studio locations; Omaha, NE and Logan, IA.
We use the Piano Safari curriculum, an innovative, research-based approach to piano that combines music reading, rote learning, technique exercises and creative improvisation for well-rounded piano learning.
All of our piano lessons are 45 minutes and taught in small groups. Our students receive both individual attention and get the motivation of working with peers.
Students ages 4 and up are welcome to enroll in piano lessons are Maple Music Studios. We also allow younger students to join (after a trial lesson) depending on readiness. We find that students that have multiple years of Music Together experience are often ready before the age of 4!
Haley Albertson has been teaching piano for five years and currently works with 60 students across both locations. She holds a bachelors degree in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Haley is passionate about building confident musicians and helping students develop a genuine enjoyment of music.
Our piano lessons at Maple Music Studios are scheduled from last August to early May. Students are able to enroll at any time throughout the year, as long as there are openings.
During the summer break, students are able to enroll in a Piano Summer Camp! These camps are extra fun and allow us to focus on additional music concepts that we might not have time for during the school year.
Each year students participate in Winter and Spring Recitals in both Logan and Omaha. These performances are supportive and low pressure, designed to build confidence!
We also have an optional Spring Piano Festival for students who are looking for an extra challenge.
Registration and Tuition
Students can enroll in piano lessons at any time throughout the year.
New Student Registration Fee: $60
The registration fee covers all books and materials. It also includes a studio t-shirt and canvas bag.
Group Lesson Tuition for 2026: $630
The tuition is split into two semester payments of $315 or nine monthly payments of $70 from September to May. Families that choose monthly payments are required to enroll in automatic online payments.
Students that join during the year will have their tuition prorated for the remaining lessons.
Students that need to miss a lesson can reach out to Ms. Haley to see if there is a makeup opportunity available.
No Additional Fees!
There are no additional fees throughout the year. Our recitals are included in tuition and there is no admission charge for these event. Additional materials are also included as needed.
If students choose to enroll in our Spring Piano Festival or Summer Piano Camp, there is a registration fee for these optional events.
